Man of the Match: Michael McCann

The Bucs traveled to Elkhart, Indiana, the weekend of May 1 to play in the Midwest High School Boys Rugby Championship Tournament. On Saturday, May 2, the team took on the second side of the storied St. Edward’s high school rugby program. While the team came up short, Groves Senior Flyhalf Michael McCann played tall against a well-disciplined Eagles team. His quick closing speed on defense kept the offense readjusting all game, earning him Man of the Match honors.
